"We believe that the first years of your child's life are the most vital. Our aim is to nurture happy, confident children, in an environment where they are respected as individuals. We are committed to children achieving their full potential"
At Tiny Beginnings, we have built our provision on what we believe to be the right of every child:
All children should be supported and challenged on their life- long journey of learning and discovery, in an environment where they learn about their environment and how to look after it.
All children should be nurtured and loved to help them thrive.
At Tiny Beginnings we base our practice on our beliefs that....
The process of learning is of greater value than the finished product.
Play is the work of children. Children learn and achieve through play.
Hold current and relevant DBS checks!
Share safeguarding information about the people with whom they live.
Have regular safeguarding training, although not legally required!
All Staff are first aid trained.
We are very happy to consider all applications to place children with Additional needs, both physical and educational. After discussion with parents, we endeavour to put in place a plan that will meet their needs.
Equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice is promoted within the setting. We have an Equal Opportunities policy, which is consistent with current legislation and guidance and is reviewed regularly. All staff and volunteers understand and implement this policy* and it is available to parents upon request.
